Just went to Sun Plaza just now and it happened to be the prize giving ceremony, manage to capture our bro Heckel and the Grand Champion winner, please note the fish after bro Heckel and the Grand Champion is thier fishes. Sorry for the poorly taken shots using my hp. The bright lighting from the shop does not help as well.
Last but not least I nearly missed our own promotion banner !!!
Tks for sharing.... bro...

Wow Swee Discus and pix. Thanks for sharing.
Congrat to all winners. Cheers.
Next year Aquarama coming in May 2007. I received the new letter event liao.80% of the participants already taken up for this event. I am looking forward to this event soon. This time need to plan my travelling schedule not to be so rush and get back to watch this show. The last Tetra show when I reached S'pore I throw my luggage at home and rush down to the show with my wife. So excited to see all the quality fishes there. It is an eye opening for me.
Anyway, thanks for sharing. Cheers to all winners.

Yes I will if those current batch can reach the size by May. Current about 3.5"close 4".Properly the Tropical Golden Melon too. Not sure it depends on the performance of these two type of breed.

5" is good to enter but is hoping to see if any can reach 5.5" to 6". This size is a better size. My previous Champion and 2nd place Tropical Red will not be placing to it and will let their off-spring to try and see. But I know it is difficult but just want to try and see. However, there are many very clean and high quality Red out there. Me....... still learning from the expert out there. Especially the recent Tetra Competition is a eye opening for me. At least I know where I stand and improve it better. I have stop improving my breed Tropical Red for awhile due to my heavy travel. Anyway, next year I am planning the next improvement to Tropical Red. Hoping this will be ready for 2008 Tetra World Competition again.

Yes you are right - different ppl measure and view it differently. In general in the US they measure it without tail but local most of us measure it with tail. Thanks for asking to clarify.
