Not quite sure what is that, but after sometime, the thing will grow bigger. It is due to poor water quality.

These are termed as bacterior infection.

Best threatment is to quickly separate the inffected fish into a moderate size hospital tank.

You may wish to try out BeFuran, Professional Fish Remedies for Fresh & saltwater. The description on the packaging writen is :-

- Prevention & cure for internal and external bacterial infections, fungal & parasitic diseases,

- Many times more effective than antibiotic,

-Work immediately.

I have personally tried this for my all my freshwater fishes and it works very well. Have not tried on Tigers and I am confident it should work well.

Hope your tiger have a speedy recovery.

Cheers!

Have to immediately separate away and change 100% to prevent the rest from getting it. To what i know, this will spread to the others fish, be careful!
