Hi bro,

Pls refer to 16/10/06 pic and msg by Aquarian. You will be impressed.

Now have 13 pieces of 4 inches earth eater. They are very healthy and i learnt that when u purchase dont buy all at one time.

Reason is the water chemistry when they are in the LFS and your tank is different. I lost 4 of them out of 5 purchased from a LFS that uses internal filter and their eyes turned white while fins developed whitish slime treads. The last one was cured using Furan.

While the other 5 purchased from a LFS that uses overflow system matches mine and they do well. Then i bought the balance 7 pieces and they still do well.

Fed them sinking pellets n frozen blood worms to stimulate appetite as well as to acclimatize to environment fast.

Heard there are plenty of these in reserviors. I saw a pic of it on TV when thomson rd was flooded when the heavy rain season. The one where a malay man was trying to grab the koi but escaped.
