Users or visitors shall remain solely responsible for all personal content of their images or pictures in our forums. We are not held responsible for the content of images or pictures posted or sent by users in any of our forums. You take responsibility for postings and storage of images or pictures under your username and use the information provided in the forums at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove any infringement contents of images or pictures in any forums at any time and for any reason although we have no duty to do so.
In the event of participation of a forum, all registered members are able to operate individual user control panel. The picture gallery will be of such function where members have to ‘know-how-to’ operate and store images or pictures into the categorized functions where; Fish Gallery termed as pictures of any type of fishes; Aquaria & Equipment Gallery termed as pictures of aquatic-related products/items and aquarium tank set; Miscellaneous Gallery termed as pictures of legal products/items and other interest of hobby namely cars, sports, plants, fashion, eateries, etc. All registered members should diligently upload the pictures appropriately in the correct respective galleries as stated.

4 No constant use of Miscellaneous Gallery solely for personal upload of other hobby interest and or classified pictures for sale without having any Fish and or Aquaria & Equipment Galleries;
5 No uploading and distribute designated pictures into wrong sections of Forum and to ensure posting of designated pictures is placed in the correct forum at all times otherwise to inform the site committee via private message for corrections;
