Just to share the information gathered for the coming yearly National Discus (http://www.fish-hub.com/forum/glossary.php?do=viewglossary&term=7)Competition by DCS.


The 9th National Discus (http://www.fish-hub.com/forum/glossary.php?do=viewglossary&term=7)Competition 2007

Date :14- 16 December 2007.

Venue: Bukit Timah Plaza

The following new classes being contested.

Class 1 : Solid Blue/Green
(eg Blue diamond, cobalt, Solid blue snake, albino blue diamond)

Class 2 : Solid Red/Brown
(eg rose red, san merah, Marlboro, albino melon, albino RGD)

Class 3 : Solid Yellow
(eg golden, golden pigeon, Golden albino)

Class 4 : Red Spotted snakeskin
(eg leopard snakeskin, spotted snake)

Class 5 : Spotted Red
(eg leopard, red-spotted green, ring leopard )

Class 6 : Turquoise pattern/stripes
(eg red turquoise, checkerboard, tiger stripes)

Class 7 : Pigeon pattern/stripes
(eg red map, pigeon snake, pearl pigeon)

Class 8 : Unclassified solid colour
( snow white, red white, yellow white, white scorpion)

Class 9 : Unclassified pattern/stripes/spotted
( eg white leopard snakeskin, golden leopard snakeskin, snakeskin)

Grand Champion : S$1000 CASH + Trophy

1st of Each Class : S$150 CASH + Trophy

2nd of Each Class : S$100 CASH + Trophy

3rd of Each Class : S$50 CASH + Trohpy


Benching in Time : 12 Dec 07 (Wed) 6pm to 8pm

Judging Time : 13 Dec 07 (Thurs) 9am to 12 pm

Prize Presentation Time : 15 Dec 07 (Sat) 3pm

Benching Out Time : 16 Dec 07 (Sun) 9pm to 10 pm
