This morning while doing my usual one a week wc, i took the opportunity to bring out all tigers to measure their length :D My biggest tiger now is 11.5", follow by 10.5". The rest is also catching up, the smaller one now is 8", really got the sense of achievement :D

I think I always have the same problem when shooting fish or animal pictures. Any expert can help to solve the "red" eye problem :)

1) Increase the lighting in the tank
2) Clean your tank surface
3) For taking aro shot, i read some ppl take pic when they want to do water change, by lowering the water level the fish will be less active
4) If you camera have manual setting of ISO and Aperture, use that rather than auto mode, take without flash
5) Be prepare to take many many shots before u get a really good one

in order to capture object in low light choose bigger ISO like 800, but if you choose too large the pic might become too noisy ie meaning lots of 'dots' on the pic or some say grainy

as for apperture, the smaller the number means larger the shuttle which allows more lite in. by choosing the different apperture will affect your depth of field ie the range in which the object will be in focus

Wonder what ISO settings and Aperture settings are preferred.
