Are you lacking the space to house your spawns or bettas at home? Are you lacking containers to house your "about to harvest" spawns? Are your wife/mum naggin non stop at all the messy tanks, setups etc? Are you also thinking that local bred fishes are able to match our fellow overseas counterparts? If thats the case, BroBettaSG offers you the solution/space that you might want to consider!!
BroBettaSG will be letting out 4 compartments of 2 ponds each for selected betta-fanatics to get a feel of what fish farming is all about. We are also hoping that by doing so, we can help raise the awareness in Singapore and maybe overseas that not only the Thais and the Indonesians can produce good fish for competitions, Singpapore CAN too!!
We are also trying to make 96 Sungei Tengah Road(BroBettaSG) into a mini Chatuchak Market where up to 5 different breeders(including ourselves) under 1 roof with maybe a showroom for these breeders to showcase theis fishes.
We would also encourage these breeders under our roof to have a maximum of not more than 2 spawns so that they can have more time to "jagar" their spawns and thus not so taxing for them. Therefore, we would hope these breeders will only breed SHOWGRADE pieces to match our overall objective.
Each pond size is 8ft(L) x 6ft(W) x 1.5ft(H). 2 such ponds will be allocated to per breeder. Besides that, the following will be provided as well:
Fencing for the 2 ponds stated
Lots of space for jarring!(up to 190 containers in a pond!)
1 x electric fan (Pretty hot in the day)
2 x 2ft tanks
More than 1000 containers for jarring!!
1 x rack to house up to 32 SU830 containers
1 x rack to house up to 3 x 2ft tanks
Abundance of water from the big well at ST96!!
Food for fries EASILY available @ our famous "Ah Hock"
Hopefully by providing the space, containers, all the problems mentioned above will be solved. So, are you game to tak on this challenge of producing LOCALY BRED SHOWGRADE BETTAS??
