First, I am not shifu but can add some tank mates to divert the aro attention. Also, look out for parasite on the aro or water. The aro maybe trying to get rid the parasites near oron its tail area. Cheers.

I think bite tail prob means tail rot?

If tats the case, again its water conditioning to be improved.

In addition, the aro must be treated with medication. :)

sometimes can be due to habit, some times can be due to some parasites. Need to on the lights and try to see the tail area to find what possible causes.:)

i m no expert, but i did ask around, bitting of tail can due to many factors, could be habit,sickness....,unless you find out from the farm, what cause the aro from bitting its tail, than we can find the cure:)if not maybe its not worth buying:)

the farm might not be very "open" to tell you the cause. Better to bring your own trusted expert before buying that aro. :)

Most of the time.... some aro keeper will deploy more tankmates to distract the aro of its habit.... sometime work some time dun work....
