it's about time we have a day of meet&greet face to face. with members from this site. as well as any other site that want's to share there intrest in flowerhorns or any fish they have/had.
as for the food and drinks. bring a dish would be great. I will try to get brats,burgers,dogs and most of the chips (friend works for Frito-Lay)
there will be horse shoes and other games. maybe even a fish/food raffle ""I will have to work that one out""
Now as for the date. just after thanksgiving?? I need as much feed back on this. as possible " there are a few big holidays in the next couple months. so thats why we need to find a best time and date for this outting
as for the place. that will be Daytona FL.

I have a projected date and time for the eastcoast meet&greet. the date will be Dec. 5 2009 snd the party will start just before noon. and it will be in Daytona beach FL.

thanks Mystique. if things turn out. I hope to have a bigger gathering next year. the only thing im working on. is getting a few things for a raffle. gor the food and drinks "soda"

up date on the first annual eastcoast meet and greet
the date. Dec. 5 2009
the time. food starts at noon but you can come early.
the place. Tomoka state park. "map quest it " I will post directions as well
food. Brats,dogs,burgers,baked beans, potato salad ,chips ,corn on the cub
and watermelon

if you want to bring you'r kids or a friend please let me know
want to make sure there is plenty of food

these are a few pics of the party. I will post more this week. as you can see mother nature was not on our side on this day the temp never got over 41degree. but for the ones that did make it thanks. I will try to do this again when the weather is more to the liking for everyone.
I also want to thank fish Hub for there support. I still have gifts for the next meet. I look forward to the next meet in the spring
