Heavy daily water change (If your discus already get use to it). Transfer it to 2 feet tank and add saltssss (no hard and fast rule how much salt to add, for me, i add 3 tablespoon). You may add "Melafix" if you wish too.
Please note that it take times for it to heal. So be patience.

Cloudy eye is due to baterial infection. This can be due to very minimum water change. Remember that fishes urine and pass poo poo too. This can be one of the reason if the bio-system in the tank is not well cuture. I does 100% water change everyday to eliminate this problem but I does a twice a month water change for my aunte 6 feets tanks and added 6-8 table spoon salts on every 100% change and they do not have this cloudy eye problem. But what my aunte will do is she also remove all the waste food and poo poo everyday to prevent it from contamination.
I would suggest that your remove the infected discus and hospitalise it with Acriflavin medication for 5-7 days. You will see these cloudy eye will be gone. You can see :http://www.fish-hub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=312
Hope this helps.

Please check whether is your PH too low. If too low... Cloudy Eyes will occur.
