yep bro, a texas ... rainbow indeed got sell this during LH craze period.

Some of the LFS even use this to breed with LH and start to sell the fries :hmmm:

I remember even got a period, Red Syns got so hot that many ppl got burn with buying fries not knowing that they are Texas ... many of their love does not change to red color ... :sad:

agreed. u need 2 to 3 generation to stable down the background colour, spot and shape. Of course difficult to pair also.:hmmm:

The biggest problem is that you cannot keep using fries from the same batch to breed with each other, therefore inorder to stable down the color, spot, shape and the head, you might need to have a few batch of fries contributed from maybe afew different parentage.

Oh! there r a couple of lfs in spore selling these but i think many of us here prefer not to commit to mention cos they'll be afraid ull get disappointed with these lfs claims...:confused_1:

but i could see your wife loves it so much,...i'd only recommend pasir ris 35A..and that was about 1/2 yr ago. U could go try speak to the shop owner on any more stocks...cos i saw his breed is of good structure.
price, haha..u gotta check it out on your own.

Also i hv no relation to that shop...just sharing with you,,our uncle pass time hobby..:big_smile:

other than tat...i recommend thai...u get loads of spoilt choices....other more than tat...u could go taiwan look for these ..they hv it too!!!:surprise:

One of my LH many years back was only $5 in the unwanted tank ... sort of very dark color and stress, but my wife say the pern dian very nice and it is only $5, can tikum. So we bring it home ...

After 2 mths in a 2ft tank ... nothing much ... :confused_1:

then just nice I got a 3ft spare, so set it up and transfer over, in just 2 weeks, that fellow grew so fast and suddenly, the dark coloration gone liao, body turns pinksh and head started to develop ... :big_smile: becomes my first king liao ... kekekee :stick_out_tongue:

So morale of the story, u need to keep the LH in a 2ft for 2mths, then suddenly transfer to 3ft then the development will show?? hahaaa kidding la ... :big_smile:

U will never know what you will get, patience is the key word ...:geeked:

Bro ... nice fish ... the pern dien seems to be link together and looks so nice ... metallic ...sure is a nice fish to keep ... I think is more incline to ZZ breed but sure got mix with Jing Hua from parentage link ...

Hope the mouth will shrink after the head develops more ... then you got yourself a near to perfect fish other then the body ratio and flag development ...

Sorry to reply so slow. From my friend. But this type currently don't have liao. :embarrassed: This ZZmalau have snake lines over the kok so a bit hard to get. Be careful that some have nice pendian and even double flower but grow big don't have the snake line on it's kok. These are leopard LH.

Hope you have see this post this week. As next week maybe got Golden monkey.
