Angel Fish Tank

I have set up a 45 g tank dedicated to angelfish.
Size of tank is 3ftX1.5ftX1.5ft.
Substrate is red river sand.
Three sides planted with vallesernia in a inverted U shape, foreground planted with E. tenneleus.
Filteration is by one power filter with an attachement to break water flow.

I have recently purchased three pairs of rosy barbs, can I keep them in this tank with angels.
