Fire eel and other big fishes

1) Fire eels

Anybody have any experience with Fire eels?

Seen quite alot of them in LFS recently approx 1 feet long.

From their slender body, they should be great escape artist n jumpers.

Wonder will lowering the water level to just 1 feet from a 1 1/2 feet height tank helps? Any advise?

Intent to mix them with either my STs or Earth eaters (depending on water level requirements). Read from web can grow up to approx 1.2m. Beautiful red stripes on black background.

2) Cha Cha

This is also common recently. Flat broad Head  catfish from India. Can grow to 1 feet. Dark to light brown.

3) True tiger catfish

Also common now and price has gone down quite abit.

4) ST (genuine)
Also seen in some LFS but not well fed. Too expensive.

5) Ferocious Leaf turtle

Seen in HK, Germany unfortunately cant bring back.

Bro, recently saw 10cm specimens at QH and now a days seldom see the big ones 1 to 1 1/2 feet..shd be seasonal.
